Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The period runs from the day you receive the goods. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the law allows.
Geography and imports
Orders are fulfilled from Denmark. If you ask for delivery outside Denmark, customs duties, import restrictions, or additional consumer rules may apply. You are responsible for checking whether a food supplement may be imported and sold to you where you are located.

Condition of goods
Returned products should be unused, in original packaging where possible, and include all components supplied at delivery, unless the item was faulty when received.

Shipping costs for returns
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we offer a prepaid label.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, personalised items, and sealed supplements where the seal has been broken may not be eligible for withdrawal where the law permits.
